Every holiday let management company operates a little differently. Below we have highlighted some of our most frequently asked questions from both owners and guests and the answers as to what we do.

FAQ’s for Guests
What hours are you open and how can we contact you?
We are open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays. Our office number is 01273 640281 and we can also be reached via email at email@example.com.
Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels?
All of our homes come with a full set of sheets and towels for you to use so you do not need to bring your own. If you are staying near the beach, we do recommend that you pack a beach towel as these are not always available in our holiday lets.
Do we have to bring our own amenities?
We do provide a starter pack of amenities so that you don’t have to worry about heading to the shops upon arrival. This pack includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, bin liner, shampoo and conditioner. If you are staying longer than a couple of days, we have located the nearest shop to your holiday let. These locations can be found in the tablet provided at the property.
Can we check in early or check out late?
We will do what we can to accommodate you for an early check-in or check-out though this may not always be available. If you would like to make a request for an early check-in or a late check-out then you can do so by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit the late check-out request through the tablet at the property.
What do we need to do before check out?
We want to make your check out process as simple as we can. Before you check out, please make sure that all the windows and doors are closed and locked, furniture is moved back to its original position and the rubbish is taken to the designated bins.
